Perfect The Arch: How Ombre Shading Can Transform Your Brows

thumbnail preview

There has always been a popular beauty trend specific to each era. The popular brow trend of the current era is the thick, voluminous, power brow. Most of the celebrities have traded the sleek, thin brow for the thick, shaded brow. Even though brow shape depends on a lot of different factors like face symmetry, hair color, and facial features; the voluminous eyebrow is currently embraced as the best.

Why You Need To Define The Arches

Sharp arches contour and improve the appearance of the entire face by balancing the different facial features. The art of brow mapping considers the different features to draw the perfect eyebrow. Amateurs can have a hard time understanding the basics of brow mapping, as it requires the understanding of brow length, arch, and facial symmetry. While this can be a hurdle for many, it is a simple task for brow experts.

Defined brows, with sharp arches, give a bold appearance that exhibits confidence. Several tattooing techniques tend to achieve the eyebrow of your dreams. Ombré eyebrow is one technique, which involves shading to give a filled-in look. This semi-permanent eyebrow makeup technique is a favorite among those with sparse eyebrows, as it helps shade and fills the brow hair.

Since the eyebrow treatment is semi-permanent, it can last for a longer duration and can be re-done when the pigment begins to fade away. Ombré shading relieves you from the regular trouble of filling the brow, and it easily lasts between one to three years. It is a simple procedure but is not suitable for people with skin and other medical conditions.

Procedure

You have to educate yourself about all the steps in any cosmetic procedure before starting treatment. During the initial consultation with our technician, you can share some of your eyebrow concerns so that the artist can consider your needs while carrying out the brow mapping.

After all the queries are cleared, the artist will proceed to draw the required shape and decide the color, as suggested. You will be provided with a rough picture of what the result will look like, and once this is confirmed, the technician will start the actual treatment.

For the actual shading, thousands of tiny dots of pigment are applied to the skin. This procedure helps to acquire the desired color and give a powdered finish. Since the shading is Ombré, different shades can be used to get a blend of colors. The artist will use techniques of combining and blending to produce a shaded, Ombré finish.

Healing Process

The healing process will take two to three weeks, during which you have to follow precautionary measures. Make sure to avoid sweating, chemical treatments, and sun exposure throughout the healing period. Also, be mindful not to scratch, wipe or excessively touch the eyebrow area. The color will be dark right after the treatment and then gradually fade; all of which is a part of the process.

The team at BROWZ will guide you from the initial consultation to the aftercare. The goal is to provide an enriching experience to help you attain the eyebrows you desire. We follow all safety precautions and have certified professionals to administer the treatments.
