Our expert therapists will cleanse your face to prep your skin, ensuring there is no makeup, oil, or dirt residue. At BROWZ, we kindly request all our clients to arrive for their session with a bare face and no makeup or skincare products.

Before your Profhilo session, avoid alcohol, anti-inflammatory medication, and strenuous activity for 24 hours. Staying well-hydrated also helps the skin respond better to treatment.

Profhilo involves two sessions, scheduled one month apart. During each session, specialists inject a precise dose into five key points on each side of the face using the Bio Aesthetic Points (BAP) technique. This method ensures the product spreads evenly, stimulating collagen and elastin without multiple needle marks.

Unlike traditional fillers, Profhilo does not add volume or alter facial features. It works beneath the skin to deeply hydrate and remodel tissue naturally. Small bumps may appear at the injection sites immediately after treatment, but these fade within a few hours as the product disperses and is absorbed.

Aftercare

  • Refrain from touching or applying makeup on the treated area for the first 6 hours.
  • Avoid drinking alcohol and anti-inflammatory drugs for 24 hours.
  • Avoid direct heat or UV exposure, including hot baths, steam rooms, saunas, tanning beds, and, of course, the sun for 24 hours.
  • Wear sun protection with SPF 50 and reapply every 2 hours.
  • Use a mild cleanser and moisturiser for the first 3 days.
  • Discontinue the use of retinoids for 3 days.
  • Refrain from intense physical activity and excessive sweating.
  • On the first night, try to sleep on your back to prevent the treated area from being pressed against the pillow.
  • Postpone skin treatments involving chemical peels, dermabrasion, microneedling, lasers, radiofrequency, hydrafacials, or facial massages for 2 to 3 weeks.
