Our expert therapists will cleanse your face to prep your skin, ensuring there is no makeup, oil, or dirt residue. For best results, we kindly recommend arriving for your session with a bare face, without makeup or skincare products.

Our expert therapists will set the wavelength of the LED Light Therapy device to reflect the colour that will target your unique skin concerns. The duration will depend on your skin needs. We will also apply a soothing mask and serum to boost your comfort during the procedure.

We will apply hydrating serums on your face to lock in moisture and enhance the healing effects of LED Light Therapy.

To guide you in your skincare journey, our expert therapists will provide personalised aftercare instructions, discuss the next steps of your treatment plan, and book your follow-up session.

Aftercare

Keep Skincare Gentle

Follow a gentle skincare routine and cleanse with a mild face wash to keep skin comfortable after treatment.

Maintain Hydration

Use a lightweight moisturiser to support hydration and help maintain a healthy skin barrier.

Protect with SPF Daily

Wear SPF 50 sunscreen every day and reapply every 2 hours to help protect your skin from UV exposure.

Pause Active Ingredients

Avoid exfoliants, retinoids, and acid-based products (AHAs and BHAs) for 24 to 48 hours while the skin settles.

Avoid Heat and Sun

Stay away from excessive heat, direct sun exposure, saunas, tanning beds, and intense exercise for 24 hours after treatment.

Pause Makeup Temporarily

Hold off on makeup for the first 24 hours to allow the skin to recover comfortably.
