The Process

Every treatment at BROWZ begins with a consultation. For your eyeliner or lash line treatment, our therapist will take time to understand your preferred brow look and assess your natural features, guiding the choice of shape and pigment shade to create brows that complement you.

Your eye area is gently cleansed and protective covers are placed. A numbing cream is applied to the eyelids and left for 20-30 minutes to take effect. Meanwhile, our therapist maps your look, tailored to your eye shape and whether you prefer a soft enhancement or a defined liner.

Your pigment is custom-blended to suit your lashes, skin tone and undertone, whether you prefer a soft, natural shade or a deeper, more defined one. Each shade is mixed with precision for a natural finish that ages beautifully.

With your eyes gently closed, our therapist applies the pigment along your lash line using soft, controlled movements. A second pass builds the colour evenly for a refined finish. If you feel any discomfort, we’ll reapply the numbing cream, and any mild swelling usually settles within 24-48 hours.

Refrain from touching, rubbing, scratching, or picking at your brows

How often do I have to touch up my semi-permanent eyeliner?

At BROWZ, we advise clients to wait 4 to 8 weeks before scheduling their first touch-up appointment. This allows complete tissue healing of the treated area and for the pigment to stabilise.

How long will it take for my lash line to heal after the treatment?

Your lash line will generally heal within 3 to 7 days. However, it can extend to 7 to 10 days if you opted for a thicker eyeliner application.

How long after getting the Lash Line treatment can I wear makeup?

Give your lash line at least 7 days to heal before considering applying eye makeup.

Can I wash my face after getting semi-permanent eyeliner?

Yes you can wash your face after treatment. However, avoid getting water near your eyes to the first 24 hours, allowing the pigment to be absorbed and preventing it from fading faster than usual.

Will there be any swelling after getting semi-permanent eyeliner?
