Steps
This is the perfect time to express your wishes and talk about the lash line you want to achieve.
We will also perform a patch test using the products that will be applied during the treatment to ensure there is no allergic reaction. If there’s no reaction within 48 hours, we proceed.
Protective covers are placed, and your eye area is sanitized to remove any makeup, oil, or dirt residue.
A numbing cream is applied to the eyelids, and we wait 20-30 minutes for it to take effect before we start the treatment.
Our master artist outlines the semi-permanent eyeliner, defining the look according to your preference.
We prepare the custom-mixed pigment, keeping in mind the optimal shade for your skin tone and undertone. Even subtle shades are mixed with precision to ensure the best fading possible.
You will be required to keep your eyes closed throughout the treatment. The first pass is often described as a gentle, pendulum-like motion of the machine over the eyelids. If any discomfort is felt, we will repeat the numbing step.
Our master artist goes over the pigmented lash line again to ensure uniformity. Some swelling might occur at this stage, but it’s normal and temporary.
Once the pigment is perfectly applied to your lash line, our expert aestheticians will wipe the treated area clean to reveal your semi-permanent eyeliner.

Your lash line will generally heal within 3 to 7 days. However, it can extend to 7 to 10 days if you opted for a thicker eyeliner application.
Give your lash line at least 7 days to heal before considering applying eye makeup.
Yes you can wash your face after treatment. However, avoid getting water near your eyes to the first 24 hours, allowing the pigment to be absorbed and preventing it from fading faster than usual.
Slight swelling is expected and normal for the first 24 to 48 hours after treatment, and it will subside overtime. Rest assured, our experts estheticians will provide detailed aftercare instructions to minimise swelling and ensure your desired results after the healing process.
