This is the treatment that allows you to retire your lash curler. Working with your natural hair, we create a bespoke treatment leaving our lifting serum to do its magic. To finish your new look, we tint the lashes and add a surge of moisturiser for perfectly conditioned lashes.

What We Do
With our Lash Lift treatment, our experts will straighten your lashes from the root itself. This allows your lashes to reach their fullest potential looking longer and thicker. As opposed to curling, which tends to shorten and restrict lashes, our Lash Lift treatment aims to help stretch them out. Since they are being treated from the root itself, the results are not only instant but also last for a really long time.
Steps
On average, a single session of the Lash Lift treatment takes about 45 minutes. If you do have naturally thick eyelashes though, it may take longer since our experts need to ensure that every single one of your lashes are properly attended to. We do not use any form of lash extensions or adhesives. We use our customized serum that works to lift your lashes from the root up, pushing them forward and lengthening them in the process. You also have the option to choose the degree of lift.
Remember to be gentle with your lashes post the Lash Lift treatment. Stay away from water, steam rooms, saunas and swimming for at least 24 hours post the treatment. In addition, avoid any eye makeup for a day after the procedure.
FAQs
If you wear contacts, it is essential that you take them off before the treatment. It is also advised to come in makeup free to ensure our experts have a clean slate to begin with.
For 2 days post your Lash Lift treatment, it is recommended to stay away from steam baths, swimming, and washing your face with hot water. Do not use waterproof mascara. Use an oil free make-up remover if mascara is worn (only use a water-based mascara), and do not attempt to perm or use lash curlers post the treatment.
Yes you can. In fact, a coat or two of mascara will give your already lifted lashes a dramatic effect. However, ensure you only use a water-based mascara and not a waterproof one.
The Lash Lift procedure is not painful at all. At first, you may feel a bit strange when the shields are applied to your eyelids. However, you’ll get used to it eventually.
Post the Lash Lift procedure, it is recommended to only use mild gel cleansers to clean your face. However, ensure you do not use hot water or any eye makeup remover to do this.
After Care
Aftercare is crucial to maintain the results of a lash lift and to ensure that the lashes remain healthy and strong. Here are some tips for aftercare for a level lash lift:
- Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 48 hours after the lash lift. This means avoiding steam, saunas, swimming pools and hot showers.
- Do not apply any eye makeup or mascara for the first 24 hours after the lash lift. Thereafter, you can wear eye makeup, but avoid waterproof mascara and any oil-based products that can weaken the lift.
- Be gentle with your lashes. Avoid rubbing, pulling or tugging on them, as this can cause them to fall out prematurely.
- Use a lash serum or conditioner daily to hydrate and condition the lashes for the optimum results.
- Avoid sleeping on your stomach or face down with your lashes touching the pillow as this can cause your lashes to become misshapen.
- Follow up with your lash therapist for maintenance appointments. The recommended timeframe for a lash lift touch-up is every 6-8 weeks.
