Facial Harmonisation Treatment

What is Facial Harmonisation

Facial Harmonisation is a comprehensive non-surgical aesthetic procedure that restores balance, symmetry, and definition to the face using a personalised combination of dermal fillers and neuromodulators like Botox.

At BROWZ, we recommend this treatment for its ability to subtly restore harmony and definition without altering your natural beauty. Performed exclusively by Dr Zack Ally, it combines science and artistry to deliver elegant, personalised results that elevate each individual’s unique facial structure.

Components of the Treatment

Dermal fillers are injectable gels used to restore volume, smooth lines, and enhance facial contours. It targets areas like the cheeks, lips, chin, and jawline, creating structure and balance. We use premium hyaluronic acid-based fillers tailored to your unique facial anatomy for natural-looking, long-lasting results.
Neurotoxins, such as Botox, relax overactive facial muscles to reduce wrinkles and refine facial expressions. Commonly treated areas include the forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet. In facial harmonisation, they’re also used to elevate features and enhance symmetry without compromising natural movement or expression.
Our facial contouring techniques utilise a blend of injectables and precision tools, such as cannulas, to sculpt and define key areas, including the jawline, chin, and cheekbones. Guided by facial geometry, these advanced methods achieve a balanced, refined appearance while preserving each individual’s natural character and expressions.

Steps

Consultation

The process starts with an in-depth consultation with Dr Zack Ally. Using the Loomis method of facial analysis, your facial proportions, structure, and symmetry are assessed. This step ensures a detailed understanding of your aesthetic goals, facial anatomy, and medical background, allowing us to design a fully customised, scientifically grounded treatment plan.

Treatment

Once the plan is confirmed, the treatment is performed using a precise blend of dermal fillers and neurotoxins. Dr Zack uses both micro-needles and cannulas to target areas such as the jawline, cheeks, temples, or chin. The procedure takes approximately 60–90 minutes, with results visible immediately and continuing to improve as swelling subsides.

Most clients return to their regular routine within 24 hours with minimal downtime or discomfort.

Follow-Up and Refinements

A follow-up appointment is arranged 2–4 weeks post-treatment to evaluate the results and make any necessary refinements. This review allows us to perfect symmetry and maintain long-term results. Future touch-ups, such as Botox every 3–4 months and fillers every 6–18 months are also planned according to your personalised treatment roadmap.

Botox? Not for me, right? But wow, was I wrong. The change is so natural, it’s like a better version of me. The whole BROWZ team made the whole thing so comfortable and professional. I walked out feeling 10 years younger and a whole lot more confident.

Amelie Fawzi

I finally see symmetry in the mirror, and it makes me feel so good. I keep catching myself in selfies!

Omg I’m OBSESSED! My profile is finally how I always wished it looked. The lift in my cheeks and the definition in my chin? Perfection. And no one can tell I had anything done, they just say I look ‘so fresh.’. I’m already planning my top-up!

Fadel Hussein

I’ve always hated photos, felt like my face looked tired or uneven. After this treatment, I actually like what I see in pictures. My jaw is more structured, and the under-eye area is way brighter. It’s subtle but powerful. Guys, don’t sleep on this, it’s not just for women.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, facial harmonisation is not permanent. The injectables used are temporary and break down naturally over time. Maintenance treatments are recommended to preserve results and adjust for changes in facial structure over time.

Results typically last between 6 to 18 months, depending on the area treated and the type of product used. Botox effects usually wear off in 3 to 4 months, while dermal fillers can last much longer before gradually fading.

Most people need just one main session. A follow-up visit may be suggested after a few weeks to check results and make small adjustments if needed. Long-term maintenance depends on your treatment plan and how your body responds.

You might experience temporary redness, swelling, or mild bruising at injection sites. These usually fade within a few days. More serious side effects are rare when treated in a safe, clinical setting with proper hygiene and technique.

Non-surgical contouring may not offer the same long-lasting or structural changes as surgery. Results are temporary, and subtle. Some clients may need regular maintenance. Minor swelling or asymmetry may also occur temporarily post-treatment.

The full treatment usually takes about 60 to 90 minutes. This includes facial analysis, preparation, and injecting the products. You can see changes straight after the session, with continued improvement as swelling reduces.

There’s little to no downtime. Most people return to work or regular activities the same day. We recommend avoiding intense workouts, heat, and heavy sun exposure for the first 24–48 hours to help healing.
