Do this by tilting your head back until the ceiling is level with your eye line. Then, extend your lower jaw forward until you feel a stretch. Hold the position for ten seconds and return to a relaxed position.

Jowl Toning

This exercise targets the area around the chin that sags as a result of genetics, weight gain, or aging. Start this workout by bracing your elbows atop a table with your hands pointing upwards. Then, close your fists and prop your chin against them. Keep your elbows on the table and gently open your mouth while pushing your fists up as a form of resistance. Hold this position and release. Do three sets with ten repetitions each.

Nose Touch

Reduce your double chin with the nose touch. It’s a straightforward exercise that involves sticking your tongue as far as possible with the purpose of reaching the tip of your nose. This exercise strengthens the hyoid muscles in the neck that play a part in the appearance of the chin and speech functions.

Exaggerated Vowel Enunciation

This workout mainly targets the muscles on the cheeks and the chin. Perform it by reciting each vowel (“a,” “e,” “i,” “o,” “u”) in a dragged out and overemphasized fashion, stretching your mouth and face with each one. Repeat for at least twenty times. 

Fish Face

Get rid of stubborn chin fat by simply puckering up. Do this exercise by sucking your cheeks in and holding the position for about 30 seconds. Pause for a quick breather and repeat for five times. Gradually increase your repetitions at a level that is comfortable for you.

Neck Rotation

This workout is a two-for-one technique. Not only will it reduce fat in the neck area, but it will also improve the blood circulation in the shoulders. Do this exercise by standing or sitting with your feet wide apart. Then, gently roll your neck clockwise. Make sure not to overdo this motion to avoid strains. Repeat for 20 times and then do another 20 repetitions towards the opposite direction.
